Alzheimers for Programmers

Having spent time growning up with members of my family who have had alzheimer's disease, I have experinced what it is like to come upon a subject as if for the first time.

I have this problem everyday when coding...mix that in with a little of my dyslexia and voila a recipe for disaster!

So I thought to myself, I will start a little "digital" memory for myself, this was basically a text file with a 20 - 30 different bits of code I use not everyday but often enough not to need to waste time going looking for it again.

If you find this a prob, please check out this little app for the mac, its sweet and I wish I had of thought of it first :-)

NSLog(@"Hello World");

hey,

its occured to me today that I can not keep up with technology, even at a young 26 I struggle to keep on top of what is new and happening.

Take a simple decision on how to make my blog:

  • Write my own site natively
  • Use an open source bungle
  • Find a cloud based site

the list is endless and thinking of what to write your own site in is another chore....

So as the trend seems to be these days, "all good artists steal" or in this case "use a free service", I am doing just that.

No doubt I will write this 1 post and maybe never touch it again, or maybe not.

btw I don't do spelling, (blah use a checker blah) so please forgive my mistakes :-) your brain works it all out for you anyway.
